With open frilly shaped flowers, the Chantilly series are one of the most interesting snapdragon series around. Very early flowering, they’re incredibly productive, just keep harvesting right at the very base to keep their thicker stems coming (Chantilly can be a little thinner stemmed than other varieties but perfectly useable if kept harvested).
Chantilly Light Salmon is probably my favourite snapdragon of them all, its soft salmon, peachy to soft gold ombre as it opens blends perfectly with everything you put it with!
